Since our incorporation in 2016, we have established 18 residential estates between the 2nd Toll Gate and Epe, with a vision to build a sustainable brand driven by excellence. Our estates along the Lekki-Epe Expressway include Isimi Lagos, The Apartment, Hockley, and the Urban Prime series, which was recently awarded the Residential Property Development 2021-2022 (Africa category) by the prestigious International Property Awards (IPA).
