West Africa Property Investment Summit 2023

The upcoming 8th annual WAPI Summit in Lagos on November 22 and 23, 2023, is the most highly anticipated real estate gathering in the region. This event is the only one of its kind that brings together both international investors and local players annually. With over 80 speakers and an expected 400 attendees over two days, this year’s Summit will be the largest one yet. There will be various networking opportunities, including cocktails, a Gala Dinner, Expo, and the WAPI Proptech Forum.

West Africa’s real estate sector is rapidly growing and becoming more formalized, with an increase in investment and the emergence of local players. The theme for this year’s Summit is “New Frontiers in the New Normal,” which will highlight the opportunities across the value chain. Key areas of focus include new investment horizons in a post-Covid world, the growth of local institutional retail brands, new funding strategies and patterns, infrastructure deficits and development opportunities, venture opportunities and financing for Proptech in West Africa, and green financing and development trends in West African real estate.
